We recently had the privilege of working on an exceptional print job for Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission’s annual Catalyst fundraiser. This event, held in Seattle, is a vital fundraiser aimed at celebrating and supporting the mission’s tireless efforts to reach and assist the homeless community. Our team was thrilled to collaborate with the event’s designer to bring their vision to life, utilizing our latest print technology to produce a stunning, high-quality invitation that truly reflected their mission.
The Catalyst invitation was a culmination of polished design and precision printing. Measuring 14 x 5 inches and folding to a compact 7 x 5 inches. The invitation was printed on 100# Silk cover stock, 4/4 process color with a satin aqueous coating on our Heidelberg High-Definition offset press. All of these aspects came together for a look that captivated attention at first glance. Our collaboration with the designer included consultation at every step of the process, allowing us to understand and execute their creative vision.
In addition to the invitation, the designer wanted an element to sit atop of the invitation creating a window of the unseen to the seen complimented by a die-cut and black foil accents. The die-cut and choice of using 105# Neenah Pearlized Obsidian Cover emphasized their theme of visibility for the homeless in an ingenuous and elegant way. To complete the look of the project, we printed silver metallic ink on Neenah Astrobrights Eclipse Black envelopes. The result was a cohesive and visually stunning package that served to convey the poignant message of the event. Working on the Catalyst invitation for Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission was a rewarding experience that showcased our capabilities in delivering exceptional print solutions.
